Two people were injured in a dirt bike crash off Onyett Road in the Feather Falls, Butte County, on Friday afternoon, March 14, 2025.
According to CAL FIRE, emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, responders found one person with moderate injuries and another with major injuries.
Due to snow and weather conditions restricting access, ground ambulances were unable to reach the crash site. CAL FIRE requested two air ambulances to assist with transportation.
Crews transported both injured individuals to the Enterprise Boat Ramp at Lake Oroville, which was used as a landing zone for the air ambulances. One patient was airlifted to Enloe Hospital, while the other was transported to Oroville Hospital.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
