A 33-year-old motorcyclist, Andrew H., was killed in a crash on Otoe Road and Dale Evans Parkway in Apple Valley, San Bernardino County on Saturday night, March 15, 2025.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, the crash occurred around 7:32 p.m., west of Brewster Park.
Emergency responders from the Apple Valley Fire District and Apple Valley Police Department arrived at the scene to find Herrera suffering from severe injuries. He was transported to St. Mary Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
The exact cause of the crash remains unknown. Authorities are investigating the incident.
