A motorcyclist was killed in a collision with a vehicle in rural Napa County on Saturday afternoon, March 8, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at approximately 2:40 p.m. in the 1700 block of northbound Wooden Valley Road.
Authorities reported that the motorcyclist was riding a Triumph motorcycle when he approached a curve at the same time a Chevrolet was heading southbound at approximately 45 mph.
The details of how the crash occurred remain under investigation.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been released pending family notification.
