[03-04-2025] One Injured After Two-Vehicle Crash on West Napa StreetOne person sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on West Napa Street at Fifth Street West in Sonoma on Tuesday morning, March 4, 2025.

According to the Sonoma Valley Fire District, first responders received a call about the crash at approximately 10:37 a.m. and arrived at the scene three minutes later with two engines and an ambulance.

Fire personnel found one vehicle nearly flipped on its side, pinning the driver’s side door of the other vehicle shut.

SVFD Battalion Chief Gary Johnson confirmed that one individual was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Emergency crews cleared the scene by 11:15 a.m.

The cause of the crash remains unknown. While the posted speed limit on West Napa Street is 25 mph, concerns have been raised about drivers exceeding speed limits in the area.

Authorities continue to investigate the incident. No further details were immediately available.
