A motorcyclist sustained major injuries following a collision with a vehicle in Chula Vista, early Friday morning, February 28, 2025.
According to the Chula Vista Police Department, several calls were received around 5:40 a.m., reporting a traffic accident in the 100 block of Orange Avenue. Responding officers discovered that the crash involved a black Ducati Monster 696 motorcycle and a white Nissan Frontier.
The motorcyclist suffered serious injuries due to the impact. The extent of the driver’s injuries, if any, was not immediately disclosed.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
