According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to the scene at approximately 5:07 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered three vehicles involved in the collision.

The injured woman was trapped inside her vehicle before emergency responders rescued her. She was then transported to a hospital in critical condition.

The cause of the crash remains unknown and is currently under investigation.
