A 25-year-old motorcyclist, Brian B. of Menifee, was fatally injured in a collision with a sedan at the intersection of Hospitality Place and Los Alamos Road in Murrieta on Sunday morning, January 12, 2025.
According to the Murrieta Police Department, the crash occurred around 11:00 a.m. when the motorcycle collided with a sedan, throwing him onto the roadway.
Murrieta Fire & Rescue personnel arrived shortly after the crash and pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
The driver of the sedan and their passengers were unharmed. Authorities reported that the driver showed no signs of impairment from alcohol or drugs.
Police questioned the driver, the passengers, and a witness at the scene. No arrests have been made.
The Murrieta Police Department’s Traffic Bureau is actively investigating the crash.
