Three people were injured, including one critically, when a vehicle crashed into the Miraloma Club bar in San Francisco’s Miraloma neighborhood on Tuesday afternoon, December 17, 2024.
According to San Francisco Fire Department Lt. Mariano Elias, the crash occurred at approximately 3:03 p.m. at 749 Portola Drive.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, where two men, patrons of the bar, were transported to a hospital. One sustained critical injuries, and the other suffered minor to moderate injuries.
A third individual, whose injuries were minor, declined to be transported. It remains unclear if this person was the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash.
One of the injured patrons was trapped under debris for nearly 30 minutes before being freed by responders.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
