Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle head-on collision in San Diego’s Allied Gardens neighborhood early Tuesday morning, November 26, 2024.
San Diego Police officers responded to the crash in the 6700 block of Mission Gorge Road at approximately 1:00 a.m. The collision involved a Honda Civic traveling west in the eastbound lanes and a Nissan sedan.
The impact sent the Nissan’s driver to the hospital with injuries. The driver of the Honda Civic was also transported to the hospital for treatment before being placed under arrest.
The incident remains under investigation by San Diego Police Department authorities. Further details have not yet been released.
