Paramedics transported one of the injured women to a hospital, while the second was taken to a medical facility by a private vehicle, as reported by a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher.

The crash involved a westbound Lexus ES 350. A caller informed the Lancaster Sheriff’s Station that her mother and sister had been struck by the car, according to a source at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation, and no further details have been released at this time.
