Emergency crews responded to the scene around 4:10 p.m. on northbound Highway 65 near Pleasant Grove Boulevard.

California Highway Patrol logs indicated at least one northbound lane was blocked by the crash. Although it was unclear if injuries occurred, an ambulance was dispatched.
