[10-14-2024] One Killed After Two-Vehicle Collision on 10 Freeway in PomonaOne person was killed after a collision involving two pickup trucks in Pomona early Monday morning, October 14, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after 4:00 a.m. on the westbound 10 Freeway near North Towne Avenue.

CHP officers and Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to the scene and found one person lying on the freeway, possibly ejected from a vehicle. CHP officers administered CPR until paramedics arrived and took over. The individual, a male, was later pronounced dead at the scene.
