One person was injured in a collision involving a work vehicle and a sedan in Murrieta, Riverside County, on early Wednesday morning, October 9, 2024.
According to California Highway Patrol dispatch, the crash occurred shortly before 7:45 a.m. between a white Ford F550 and a white Nissan sedan at the intersection of Clinton Keith Road and Avenida La Cresta.
Both vehicles came to rest on the east side of Clinton Keith Road in front of the Santa Rosa Plateau.
Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department responded to the scene to assess the victims. One individual was transported to the hospital by ambulance with minor injuries, while no other individuals requested assistance.
The investigation into the cause of the collision is ongoing.
