The Visalia Police Department reported that emergency responders from the Visalia Fire Department were dispatched to the scene after 7:00 a.m. at the intersection of Acequia and Locust in Visalia.
Fire personnel worked to extricate the individuals from the vehicle, but their conditions have not been disclosed.
