According to the El Centro Police Department, the crash happened in the area of Cooley Road and Evan Hewes Highway.

Authorities stated that three people were injured in the collision, and one of them was taken to a local hospital. The names, ages, and genders of the injured individuals were not disclosed. 

The cause of the incident remains unclear. It is unknown whether drugs, alcohol, or speeding played a role.
