According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the traffic accident happened around 8:35 a.m. at the 14214 block of West Sherman Way, near Katherine Avenue.

The vehicular collision reportedly involved a 10-passenger transport van with an unspecified number of occupants. As of now, it is unclear how many vehicles and people were involved in the incident.

It was later confirmed that at least five people were taken to the hospital after sustaining minor injuries and are now all listed in stable condition. At the time of writing, none of the patients was publicly identified.
