Two people were killed, while two others were injured following a car crash in El Segundo early Saturday morning, June 22, 2024.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal vehicular accident happened at about 2:56 a.m. on the Glenn Anderson (105) Freeway near Los Angeles International Airport.
As per the initial reports, a car with at least three people inside was traveling westbound along I-105 when, for some reason, it fell from the Nash Street offramp. It then reportedly landed on another car in the airport’s FedEx parking lot, which caused both vehicles to overturn.
Two people were killed in the crash. They were later identified as 19-year-old Bryan B. and 18-year-old Carlos S.
Two other victims survived and were rushed to a local hospital for treatment. Their identities and current conditions are unknown.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation. The authorities will provide further information as soon as they have it.
