A rider was hospitalized following a motorcycle vs. vehicle collision in Newhall, Los Angeles County, on Saturday afternoon, May 11, 2024.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the collision happened around 12:28 p.m. near the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Drayton Street.
Authorities stated that the collision involved a black motorcycle and a white SUV. Due to the impact of the crash, the rider landed on the roof of the white SUV and was helped by Fire Department personnel. The extent of injuries, as well as the condition of the victim, remain unknown.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital for immediate medical treatment. As of this time, it is unclear what caused the collision.
