According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at around 3:24 p.m. at the intersection of Pioneer Drive and Brentwood Drive.

Upon arrival, officers found the victim with major injuries. There was also a smashed bicycle nearby, but responders were not yet able to confirm if it belonged to the victim or not.

The condition of the male pedestrian is currently unknown. His identity, age, and place of origin were also not disclosed.
