An unidentified person was killed after a head-on collision in Vista on Thursday morning, September 28, 2023.

According to the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, the incident occurred on Olive Avenue at North Melrose Drive just before 7:00 a.m.

As of yet, no other injuries or deaths have been reported. An investigation is underway to determine what caused the crash and what events led up to it.
