[09-25-2023] Kings County, CA – 18-Year-Old Woman Died After Vehicle vs. Semi-Truck Collision in Corcoran

An 18-year-old woman died following a vehicle and semi-truck collision in Corcoran on Monday morning, September 25, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol,  the collision occurred around 6:15 a.m. on Highway 43 at Pickerell Avenue.

The female victim reportedly died at the scene; her identity remains undisclosed. Further details regarding the condition of the other driver were not released.

Authorities reported the woman driving a Mercury ran a stop sign and collided with the truck driver, who failed to avoid her in time.
