A 3-year-old boy riding his bike was hospitalized after a hit-and-run collision in Lancaster on Saturday, September 9, 2023.
The suspect reportedly drove west when they struck a young boy cycling in the bicycle lane with his parents near W. Avenue H8 and 20th Street.
Authorities stated that the driver fled the scene, but a vehicle description has been obtained: an older model black Toyota Camry.
Officials said the victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, as to what kind of injuries was sustained is unknown.
No further information was released regarding the identity of the victim and his parents, pending the results of the investigation.
