[09-05-2023] Placer County, CA – Motorcyclist Killed, Another Injured After Three-Vehicle Collision in Roseville

A motorcyclist was killed, while another was injured following a three-vehicle collision in Roseville on Tuesday afternoon, September 5, 2023.

According to the Roseville Police Department, the incident occurred south of Sunrise Avenue between Cirby Way and Coloma Way.

RPD officials stated that two motorcycles and a Ford Bronco SUV were involved in the crash. The Ford had significant damage to the left side and hood, and two motorcycles were also on the road.

Officials said a motorcyclist was killed, while another sustained major injuries and was transported to a local hospital.

No information was released regarding the identities of the people involved. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the crash.

It is unclear whether drugs or alcohol were a factor in the accident, pending the investigation results.
