A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle in a hit-and-run collision in Reseda, Los Angeles, on Friday night, December 27, 2024.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to reports of the collision at approximately 9:36 p.m. in the 18600 block of Saticoy Street, west of Reseda Boulevard.
Witnesses stated that a vehicle traveling eastbound on Saticoy Street struck the victim and fled the scene without stopping to render aid. The victim’s identity, including age and gender, has not yet been determined.
There is no available description of the vehicle or driver at this time.
The LAPD is actively investigating the incident and urges anyone with information about the collision to contact the department immediately.
