Dune Buggy Collision in WoodcrestA 15-year-old boy, identified as Kael H. of Riverside, was killed in a collision between a dirt bike and a dune buggy in the unincorporated Woodcrest area near Riverside on Saturday afternoon, December 21, 2024.

The crash occurred around 3:09 p.m. on a dirt road near Blackburn Road and Vista Del Lago Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The boy was transported to Riverside Community Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

The cause of the collision is under investigation, and no additional details are currently available.
