Emergency responders transported the injured to a local hospital with injuries ranging from minor to moderate, according to Palm Springs Police.

Following the crash, North Indian Canyon was closed between Sunrise Parkway and Garnet Avenue, near the Interstate 10 exit, as crews worked to clear the vehicles and debris from the roadway.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
