[11-30-2024] Motorcyclist Critically Injured After Four-Vehicle Crash at Ventura Road and Second StreetA 20-year-old Oxnard motorcyclist remains in critical but stable condition following a four-vehicle collision at the intersection of Ventura Road and Second Street in Oxnard on Saturday afternoon, November 30, 2024.

According to the Oxnard Police Department, the crash occurred around 4:45 p.m. when a 2022 Toyota Tacoma traveling north on Ventura Road made a left turn without yielding and collided with three other vehicles.

The motorcyclist sustained severe injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The driver of the Tacoma, a 26-year-old Bakersfield resident, is being investigated for possible drug impairment.

The Ventura County Fire Department also responded to the scene to assist with the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
