A man in his 30s was killed after being struck by two buses near LAX in Los Angeles on Friday night, November 29, 2024.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. in the 5800 block of Century Boulevard.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the victim, who was around 35 years old, was crossing Century Boulevard at an unmarked crosswalk when a bus struck him. While waiting for medical help to arrive, the victim was hit by a second bus.
Paramedics transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not yet been released.
Both bus drivers remained at the scene and are cooperating with the investigation. The LAPD is actively looking into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
