A juvenile was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after crashing a motorized pocket bike into a vehicle at First Star Court and Menifee Road in Menifee on Wednesday, November 26, 2025.
According to the Menifee Police Department, the crash was reported shortly before noon.
Investigators said the juvenile was riding the pocket bike at an unconfirmed speed on the wrong side of the roadway when it collided with a Subaru.
The rider, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the bike upon impact. Paramedics said the juvenile suffered a fractured right wrist and abrasions. A parent transported the child to a hospital.
Police said the Subaru driver, a 36-year-old man from Menifee, was uninjured. Authorities stated that drugs and alcohol were not believed to be factors.
The investigation is ongoing.
