According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded shortly after 5:00 p.m. to reports of a collision involving three vehicles. 

CHP said one of the vehicles overturned, prompting the temporary closure of the roadway. Authorities reported that 10 people were involved in the crash, and one individual was transported by ambulance with minor injuries.

CHP said it was not yet known who was at fault or whether drugs or alcohol were factors.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
