[11-17-2024] Cyclist Fatally Struck by Two Vehicles on Lincoln Boulevard in Santa MonicaA 41-year-old man riding a bicycle was fatally struck by two vehicles in Santa Monica early Sunday morning, November 17, 2024.

The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 1800 block of Lincoln Boulevard, according to the Santa Monica Police Department.

Authorities reported that the cyclist was traveling southbound on Lincoln Boulevard when he was struck by one vehicle and subsequently hit by a second. 

The man, believed to be homeless, succumbed to his injuries at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending family notification.

Both drivers involved remained at the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. Police stated that neither driver showed signs of impairment.

The investigation is ongoing.
