A woman sustained critical injuries and was airlifted to Loma Linda University Medical Center following a two-vehicle collision in Phelan, San Bernardino County, on Saturday afternoon, November 16, 2024.
The crash occurred around 2:55 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 138 and Beekley Road. The vehicles involved were a white Ford F150 and a black Honda Civic.
San Bernardino County Fire personnel responded to the scene, reporting one individual with critical injuries. A Reach medical helicopter was dispatched and landed at the Stater Bros shopping center along Phelan Road to airlift the injured woman.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the collision.
