A head-on collision left a white Jeep in a ditch and prompted an emergency response in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Tuesday evening, October 29, 2024.
The California Highway Patrol responded at around 9:08 p.m. after reports of a collision near the intersection of South Mission Road and Green Canyon Road.
Airbags in the Jeep had deployed. Authorities were unsure of the other vehicle’s location. By 9:09 p.m., debris, including a license plate, was found in the roadway, and additional calls confirmed a vehicle was in the ditch.
Emergency medical services were en route, with Adams Tow Service dispatched to assist. The cause of the crash and the condition of those involved remain under investigation.
