Emergency responders arrived at the scene near Douglas Boulevard around 3:10 p.m., according to the Roseville Police Department.
The driver involved remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
Harding Boulevard was closed in both directions between Douglas Boulevard and Estates Drive as police continued their investigation.
