[10-25-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – Two Killed, Two Taken To Hospital After Rear-End Crash in Rialto

Two people were killed, and two others were taken to a hospital in a collision involving a minivan and a semi-truck in Rialto early Sunday morning, October 25, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred shortly before 3:00 a.m. on the eastbound 210 Freeway near Riverside Avenue.

Investigators said the minivan struck the rear of the semi-truck. Two minivan passengers died at the scene. Paramedics transported the driver and another passenger to a hospital in unknown condition.

Authorities said one survivor was taken into custody for possible DUI. They did not specify which person.
