[10-24-2026] Merced County, CA – Minor Injuries Reported in Two-Vehicle Broadside Crash on 3rd Ave. and McCullagh Rd.

Minor injuries were reported in a two-vehicle broadside collision in Merced County on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded to the crash on 3rd Avenue and McCullagh Road.

Both vehicles sustained heavy damage. A black vehicle overturned onto its roof, while a white car sustained extensive damage to its right side and front end. The white car’s windshield also had numerous cracks.

CHP said only minor injuries were reported among those involved.
