Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating the driver who fatally struck a pedestrian and fled the scene in Pacoima, Los Angeles, on Sunday night, October 20, 2025.

The victim, believed to be around 50 years old, was struck around 10 p.m. in the 13200 block of Van Nuys Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The man, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses reported seeing a white pickup truck flee the scene, heading northbound on Sutter Avenue from Van Nuys Boulevard.

The investigation is ongoing.
