[10-17-2026] San Diego County, CA – Pedestrian Injured After Being Struck By Pickup Truck in Fallbrook

A pedestrian was transported to a hospital after being struck by a pickup truck in Fallbrook, San Diego County, on Saturday evening, October 17, 2026.

According to California Highway Patrol incident logs, the incident was reported at around 7:04 p.m. on South Main Avenue, with entries identifying locations near 1102 and 1125 South Main Avenue, in front of Bank of America.

Initial reports indicated that a black pickup truck struck the pedestrian. North County Fire Protection District crews responded to the scene.

The pedestrian was transported Code 3 to a local hospital. The extent of their injuries was not provided.
