One person was transported by ambulance following a two-vehicle collision in Ridgecrest, Kern County, on Friday night, October 16, 2026. 

The crash occurred at around 11:30 p.m. in the 600 block of East Sydnor Avenue.

An Audi coupe struck the rear of a Kia Sorento SUV. One person was taken from the scene by ambulance, but their condition and destination were not provided.
