[10-08-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Highway 14 in Santa Clarita

One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision on the Antelope Valley (14) Freeway in Santa Clarita on Thursday afternoon, October 8, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash was reported at around 4:30 p.m. on northbound Highway 14 near Via Princessa.

A California Traffic Management Center representative confirmed that multiple vehicles were involved in the collision. However, the exact number of vehicles had not been determined as the investigation continued.

Authorities confirmed one fatality but did not immediately release the victim’s name, age, or sex.
