[10-05-2024] Two People Injured After Two-Vehicle Collision in PerrisTwo individuals were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Perris on Saturday afternoon, October 5, 2024.

The Riverside County Fire Department reported that the crash occurred at 4:28 p.m. at the intersection of East Morgan Street and North Perris Boulevard.

The vehicles involved sustained major damage, and one individual was trapped inside their vehicle, needing the use of hydraulic tools by firefighters to extricate them. 

According to fire officials, one patient suffered critical injuries, while the other sustained moderate injuries. Both were transported to local hospitals for treatment.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
