A driver was hospitalized after being found unconscious inside a vehicle following a three-car collision on Highway 86 at Marina Drive in Imperial County on Monday morning, September 29, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash, reported at 9:00 a.m., involved a Nissan, a white pickup truck, and a red Dodge Ram.
Firefighters extricated the unconscious driver of the pickup truck from the vehicle, and the driver was transported to a hospital for treatment. The driver’s condition was not immediately released.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
