According to the San Francisco Police Department, the incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. at the intersection of Anza Street and Arguello Boulevard.

Officers responded to the scene and found the injured pedestrian. Police provided aid until paramedics arrived and transported the victim to a nearby hospital.

The pedestrian later died from their injuries. Additional information about the victim’s identity was not immediately released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Police said no arrests had been made.
