[09-28-2023] San Joaquin County, CA – 38-Year-Old Rider Died After Big Rig Collision in Stockton

A 38-year-old motorcycle rider died after colliding with a big rig in Stockton on Thursday morning, September 28, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred along the Crosstown Freeway after 8:30 a.m.

Authorities stated that the Stockton rider crashed into the big rig while entering the freeway on Highway 4 east of Interstate 5.

The rider was ejected from the vehicle and sustained life-threatening injuries. He was shortly pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is ongoing, and further details about the truck driver and the victim’s identity are currently unavailable.
