[09-27-2023] San Luis Obispo County, CA – Injuries Reported Following Three-Vehicle Collision in Pismo Beach

Injuries were reported after a three-vehicle collision in Pismo Beach on Wednesday morning, September 27, 2023.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Highway 101 near Spyglass Drive at around 9:54 a.m.

Authorities stated that the collision involved a tan vehicle, a gray vehicle, and an unidentified third vehicle. One of the vehicles was a Lucid electric vehicle. A flatbed truck was requested at the scene to remove the wreckage.

The impact of the crash triggered one vehicle’s airbags. The electric car driver suffered an arm injury, while an unspecified number of people sustained minor injuries.
