[09-26-2024] Motorcyclist and Vehicle Driver Injured After Two-Vehicle DUI Crash in HealdsburgA motorcyclist and the driver of another vehicle sustained injuries in a crash in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, on Thursday afternoon, September 26, 2024.

According to the Healdsburg Police Department, officers received multiple calls regarding the collision at approximately 12:19 p.m. at the intersection of Healdsburg Avenue and Parkland Farms Boulevard. 

Upon arrival, they found a male motorcyclist with serious injuries who was taken to a nearby hospital. The driver of the other vehicle sustained moderate injuries and received care at the scene.

Investigators determined that alcohol was a factor in the accident. The motorcycle driver, identified as Glenn M. of Windsor, was arrested for felony DUI causing injury and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a citation with a future court date due to his injuries. 

The investigation is ongoing.
