[09-25-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Taken To Hospital After Car Becomes Wedged Beneath Big Rig in Vernon

One person was transported to a hospital after a car became wedged beneath a big rig in Vernon, Los Angeles County, on Friday morning, September 25, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the collision was reported at around 11:22 a.m. at the intersection of Soto Street and Fruitland Avenue.

Video from the scene, approximately 90 minutes after the collision, showed the damaged vehicle being removed.
