According to the police, the collision occurred just before 9:00 p.m. near Foothill Drive and Coleman Road. 

Authorities reported that the pedestrian, a man, was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver, also a man, remained at the scene and cooperated with police. The house sustained significant damage, but the cause of the crash has not yet been determined.

The investigation is ongoing.
