[09-25-2023] Shasta County, CA – Two People Hospitalized After Reckless Two-Vehicle Collision in Anderson

Two unidentified people were hospitalized after a reckless two-vehicle collision in Anderson, reportedly on Monday afternoon, September 25, 2023.

According to the Anderson Police Department, the T-bone crash occurred on Deschutes Road near Shasta Gateway outlets around 4:26 p.m.

Two injured victims were transported to a nearby hospital. But further information about their current conditions was not given.

The collision involved a white minivan and a small blue sedan, each carrying four people. The sedan reportedly ran a red light and collided with a southbound minivan while turning left.

The crash was cleared about an hour later. No further information about the other victims was released at this time.
