Two people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle collision in Lafayette on Saturday evening, September 23, 2023.

According to the authorities, the incident occurred on the First Street onramp to eastbound Highway 24 at around 7:31 p.m.

Two unidentified people were transported from the scene to local hospitals. The extent of their injuries remains unknown.
